All orders may be canceled before to shipment. If you need to modify or cancel an already paid order, you must notify us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
Your fulfillment is our top focus. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
You do not receive them within the guaranteed period of time (45 days, excluding 2-5 days for processing) You receive the incorrect item You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not provide a refund if the following conditions are met:
If order does not arrive due to variables within your control (such as entering the incorrect shipping address), or due to unusual situations beyond our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
